I am continually amazed by the age in which I live. The number of things I can track about myself is just astounding. Just today I generate enough data on myself to fill several files. This morning I removed the head band that monitors my sleep. I do this because of my sleep apnea. I do this not because it is a cure, but because I've started sleeping on my side instead of my back. I think this helps with my sleep apnea, but I can not be sure. Checking my sleep patterns with a Zeo Sleep manager. (The company has gone out of business, but my machine still works.) So sleeping on my side seems to work. I just need not to roll on my back for the rest of my life.
