So I'm trying to reduce the bulk tonnage I carry around everyday.

Weigh myself just before bed, then get up first thing in the morning (even before going to the bathroom) and weigh myself again. Somehow I've lost 3 pound! WTF.

Yesterday I go to bed and do the samething and in the morning I'm 1.5 lighter. Somehow I gained 3 pounds durng the day so I'm still around the same weight I started the week.

What I want to know is where do those 2-3 pounds go in the night. Are they out having fun with loose women named Lola, or do the just go down stairs and snack on the brownies in the pantry?

Go Figure!
