Hi, My name is Ken and I'm an Ipodhead.

They need to make this illegal right now, or I'll never go into a music store again. I may still go to classic Cd/record store for finding the rare and out of print stuff. I've spent $50 online just this weekend getting music and stand-up comedy. Do you know you can even get recorded book on ,Itunes? Very Cool!

Speaking of rare music I've been looking for two songs for years now. The first is Joan Armatrading's Laurel and the Rose, from her Sleight of Hand album. I have this song on tape but wanted a digital copy for a CD. I don't believe she ever remastered this tune. I swear artist really need to work on releasing thier early work in the new formats. Learn from the Beatles guys. The White Album keeps showing up every 4-5 years. Anyhow, I finally found a new (never opened) vynyl pressing of this album. All I need now is a good record player, and I'm going to convert it to CD, so I can finally listen to it in my CD or my Ipod.

The second song is far more interesting. At the end of the Sopranos Episode 10 of the first season ("A Hit is A Hit") there is a song, that once I heard it I had to have it. After six years I finally found out what it is! The song is Nobody Loves Me But You by Dori Hartley from the Blue Djinn album(CD). The CD is out of print, but made a come back because of this song. I need to find this CD! If someone out in cyberspace finds this title let me know.

I don't listen to the radio that much anymore, because all the stations are alike with the Infinity and Clear Channel empires now hold sway. What has really opened my eye are the people at HBO. Whoever picks thier music for thier spots rocks. I heard Clocks by Coldplay, Woke Up This Morning by A3, and Algebra by Soul Hooligan from these people first!
